We are pleased to announce that we are seeking qualified applicants for temporary Instructional Assistants for our StepUP Summer Camp held at Edwin Brown Campus. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team that supports the efforts of making success possible for all Redmond students. 

Individuals selected will work to support individuals and/or groups of K-12th grade students attending StepUp Summer Camp. Instructional Assistants will be under the direction of licensed educators supporting students in activities and lessons designed to develop a growth mindset, STEAM learning, Collaborative Problem Solving and Restorative Practices and successful learner skills in preparation for success in the 2021-22 school year.

Timeframe:

• July 30: 3 hours; schedule TBD
• August 2-19: 4 hour Days; Daily Schedule TBD (Elementary Summer Camp will run three weeks, Monday-Thursday) 
• Week 1: Aug 2-5
• Week 2: August 9-12
• Week 3: August 16-19

 Qualified candidates will have the following minimum qualifications:  

• Hold a current IA position within the Redmond School District (K-12 grades)
• Experience building relationships with youth.
• Commit to continuous professional growth.
• Passionate for working with elementary and/or secondary age children.
