We are pleased to announce that we are seeking qualified applicants for a Second Grade Elementary Teacher on our team at Hugh Hartman Elementary School beginning the 2021-22 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team that supports the efforts of making success possible for all Redmond students. 

Redmond School District serves more than 7,000 students from Redmond, Alfalfa, Crooked River Ranch, Eagle Crest, Terrebonne and Tumalo. The District operates seven K-5 elementary schools, one specialized learning center, two middle schools, and two comprehensive high schools.

JOB SUMMARY

The teacher is the primary instructional delivery person in the classroom. Student learning is primarily dependent on the work and efforts of the classroom teacher. The position is demanding, varied and complex. The classroom teacher must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be well trained in content knowledge and teaching strategies.

*Salary posted is for the 20-21 SY. Salary increase for 21-22 SY is TBD dependent on bargaining.
