JOB SUMMARY

The Technology Support Specialist is responsible for answering technology questions on the phone and in person.  This position performs a wide variety of diagnostic inspections and repairs on computer hardware and software. The Technology Support Specialist installs, maintains, and troubleshoots networks, operating systems and application software.  This position performs instruction, help, and troubleshooting on microcomputer and software problems.
