JOB SUMMARY

These teacher leader positions are designed to provide support and assistance toward meeting the performance plan goals at the assigned school. This position may take on different specific responsibilities which are identified in the next section. Individuals who hold a teacher leader position will help facilitate each area listed below and will focus on areas that capitalize upon personal areas of strength while providing input and collaboration with the principal and building teams.  In addition, the teacher leader will have training opportunities to further develop their leadership skills.  

 

Each building will hire 3 general teacher leaders for the 2026-2027 school year.
